How to make ACH payments?

Customers with an account at Banco General

Option to pay by making a direct transfer from your account to our accounts (known in online banking as “Third Party Payments”):

Step 1: know the account number of the location where you have the storage and then make the transfer (we have 1 checking account per branch).

Step 2: send an e-mail to the Branch Manager (or WhatsApp) to communicate that the payment has been made (preferably attach a print screen).

Option to pay using the “Payments” option:

Step 1: select 1 of our 10 locations and apply the corresponding payment. With this option, it is not necessary to notify the Branch Manager that you made the payment, since it will be reflected automatically.

Clients with accounts in other banks
