1. What is a self storage service?
Is a service that allow you toy store you belongings in a space that you rent on a flexible basis.

2. How does a self storage services work?
To rent a storage, the first thing is to determine the size of storage suitable for your need, in case you do not know how to determine the size, we can assist you without any cost. Then you must choose which of our 10 sites is most convenient to you. Once size and site are chosen, you need to do the following steps:

If you want to rent as a Natural Person:

  1. Complete the Deposit Request Form, attaching a copy of your identification card or passport.
  2. Once that is received and data is entered into our system, payment of the indicated amount has to be done; which includes the first month, security deposit (which is returned back 2 weeks after the customer vacates the unit) and administrative fee (for padlock and access card).
  3. Visit the site to pick up your padlock and access card and sign the agreement.

If you want to rent as a Legal Person (Companies):

  1. Complete the Deposit Request Form, attaching a copy of the Legal Representative’s identification card or passport and a copy of the Notice of Operation of the Company.
  2. Once that is received and data is entered into our system, payment of the indicated amount has to be done; which includes the first month, security deposit (which is returned back 2 weeks after the customer vacates the unit) and administrative fee (for padlock and access card).
  3. Visit the site to pick up your padlock and access card and sign the agreement.


3. How are our facilities?
Our facilities are comfortable, clean and safe. In Almacenajes Minidepositos we have a building design that allow you to access the door of your storage unit with your vehicle.

We have security cameras, electric fence, controlled access to the facilities through the use of a card, 24-hour surveillance, elevators and forklifts.


4. What is the smallest size you have?
The smallest size that we have is 1 square meter (Locker type).


5. How much does it cost to rent an unit?
The price will depend on size and location you choose. Do not worry, we offer the best rates of the market.


6. What payment options you have?
We accept:

  • Debit card
  • Credit card (VISA or MasterCard)
  • Yappy

All you need to do is to access our ONLINE PAYMENT platform located in our website.

(We offer a 3% discount if you pay 3 months in advance, 6% if you pay 6 months and 12% if you pay 12 months)


7. What kind things can i store?

You can store merchandise or inventories, furniture, files, dry food or articles in general that take up space at home or at your business.


8. What items are prohibited to be stored?

You cannot store perishable goods or illicit items, animals, plants, explosives, fire arms, illegal drugs or flammable products.


9. Do you provide any equipment to move my belongings?

We offer elevators, carts, forklifts, to transport your goods to your storage unit and even better, they are completely free of charge as part of our amenities.


10. What is the minimun lease term ?

The minimum agreement period for our services is 1 month. But you can keep the unit as long as you need.


11. How many days ahead do i need to notify that i want to vacate my unit?

The customer is asked to give us a minimum of 30 days in advance notice when planned to vacate the storage unit. You must notify the site manager and fill the Exit Form.


12. What is included in the monthly payment?

Your monthly payment includes 24/7 security, access control, surveillance system, loading and unloading area, fumigation service (once a month), forklift use and additional insurance coverage for your belongings.


13. Do you provide moving services?

Yes, we do. For a small additional amount, we put at your disposal a moving truck and workforce to carry your belongings form your home or office to the self-storage unit. The service is available in Panama City and Arraijan only.


14. Do you sell packing materials?

Yes, we sell covers, bubble wrap, boxes, tape, labels, padlocks, among others.


15. How much cost the keycard?

$5.00 + 7% tax in all locations.


16. How often and at what times can I access my unit?

You can access your unit whenever you want. We open 365 days a year, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

We also have extended hours in case you need to enter beyond regular hours.


17. What are the office hours?

From Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.


18. What are the advantages of storing my belongings?
